Battlestar Galactica: And They Have A Plan

Original Battlestar Galactica TV series runned in 1979-1980. The Star Wars and Buck Rogers loans were quite obvious. The stars were Lorne Greene, Dirk Benedict, Jane Seymour, Anne Lockhart and Richard Hatch (who plays Tom Zarek in new Battlestar Galactica tv series).
The new re-imagined Battlestar Galactica started in 2003 in four episode miniseries starred by Edward James Olmos (Commander Adama), Katee Sackhoff (Kara Thrace, Starbuck), Jamie Bamber (Lee Adama, Apollo), Tricia Helfer (Number Six), Grace Park (Sharon Valerii, Boomer), James Callis (Dr. Gaius Baltar) and Kandyse McClure (Officer Dualla).
In original series Cylons were build by reptilian race, and their leader was Count Baltar. In 2003 series Cylons were built by humans, and Cylons has built the new generation by themselves, who look alike a humans, and some of them believe that they are humans until they activated.
Marvel Comics published Battlestar Galactica comic book series 23 issues to 1978 to 1980. British Grandreams published two Battlestar Galactica hardcover annuals, Maximum Press published Battlestar Galactica comics in 1995-1997 and Realm Press In 1998-1999.
In 2006 Dynamite Press started many different comic book series based on the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica TV series, incluging mini-series Battlestar Galactica: Zarek #1-4 in October 2006, Cylon Apocalypse #1-4 and The Cylon War #1-4. The longer series are titled Battlestar Galactica: Season Zero by Brandon Jerwa and Jackson Herbert, and Battlestar Galactica: Origins. Original TV series based Battlestar Galactica: Original Series ended after 5 issues.
Dynamite Entertainment is also published Xena: Warrior Princess comic books, and crossovers with other publishers, like Witchblade, The Darkness, Tomb Raider and Red Sonja.
