Garfield is created by Jim Davis in 1978. 30 years later series was syndicated over 2,500 newspapers and journals, and it was the world's most widely syndicated comic strip ever. Davis sold Garfield's merchandise rights soon, and at now this lazy cat is possible to see everywhere with his companions Jon Arbuckle and Odie. Bill Murray gave his voice to Garfield in Garfield live acting films. Other actors were Breckin Meyer and Jennifer Love Hewitt. Garfield stage musical came in 2010.
