Blazing skull motorist Ghost Rider is created by Roy Thomas, Gary Friedrich and Mike Ploog. Ghost Rider first appeared in Marvel Spotlight #5, August 1972. Ghost Rider alter egos has been Carter Slade, Danny Ketch and Johnny Blaze. Ghost Rider 2099 science fiction storyline appeared in 1994-1996.
In the 2007 Ghost Rider movie was starring Nicolas Cage (Johnny Blaze/Ghost Rider), Raquel Alessi (Roxanne Simpson) and Peter Fonda (Mephistopheles). Ghost Rider 2 movie is planned to make soon.
