Jack "The King" Kirby (b. 28 Aug. 1917, d. 6 Feb. 1994) was the greatest superhero artist and inventor of all time. As a illustrator he was extremely fast. Stan Lee wrote most of the stories, but New Gods series shows that also Kirby himself was excellent storyteller. Others his creations were Mister Miracle and Eternals. With Joe Simon he created Captain America.
In his early years Kirby draw Captain Marvel, and several comics to Showcase, Classics Illustrated and Journey into Mystery comic books. 1980s Kirby made a comic strip based to Disney's Black Hole movie. In Marvel Zombies some of his legendary Marvel covers has made zombie variants. (Continues below)
