Many Incarnations of The Avengers

The Avengers superhero team first appearance was in The Avengers #1, September 1963. Avengers is created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby.

The founders of the Avengers were Iron Man, Wasp, Thor, Henry Pym (those days Ant-Man) and Hulk. Soon Captain America, Scarlet Witch, Black Panther and Vision (The Avengers #58, Nov. 1968) joined to the team. Avengers famous butler is Royal Air Force boxing champion Edwin Jarvis.

The Avengers live acting movie premiere is 4 May 2012, starring Robert Downey Jr (Iron Man), Don Cheadle (War Machine), Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye) and Tom Hiddleston (Loki).

Avengers has made lot of movies. Ultimate Avengers I and II animation films came in 2006. Next Avengers: Heroes of Tomorrow animation came 2008.
