Black Widow is a Russian high-tech spy created by Stan Lee, Don Rico and Don Heck. Black Widow first appeared in Tales of Suspense #52, April 1964. The Black Widow appeared first time her skintight black leather suit in The Amazing Spider-Man #86, July 1970.
Black Widow has adventured with Daredevil, Hawkeye and Iron Man, and with teams KGB, S.H.I.E.L.D., Avengers, Champions, Marvel Knights, Lady Liberators and Thunderbolts. Black Widow has appeared in 21st Century, Marvel Civil War, 1602, House of M and Marvel Zombies storylines.
